It is said that there are two Chinatowns in NYC; one in Flushing Queens, and the other one in Manhattan. The one in Flushing is where the majority of the Asian population live, and they own most of the business there as well.
But, the original Chinatown in lower Manhattan is where most of Asian goods are sold, and their business go even further: in there you will find everything from a traditional Asian dish to the most famous branded article, specially watches and women handbags like Omega, Rolex, LAUREN, Cole, Lacoste, ALDO, etc. But of course, they are all counterfeited (or at least that's what I been hearing people saying since I moved to NYC a couple of years ago.)
How to get to Chinatown:
Almost every train will take you there. Simply take any Brooklyn bound train that stops at Canal St. station. Very simple! right?
Taken from a moving train (#7 train) while approaching the Queens Borough Plaza station.

Walking on a raining evening on 59th St. and Lexington Ave.
I had this idea since a long time, but I never had the time to go out there on a raining day. I used my Nikon D90 and a Nikon 50mm f/1.4 lens to take this shot.
